Editorial Process

All submissions undergo double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers. Reviewers’ and authors’ identities are concealed to ensure objectivity. The Editorial Board makes the final decision on acceptance.

1. Peer Review Policy

All submissions to the Personal Development International Conference Book of Abstracts undergo double-blind peer review to ensure academic quality and integrity.

Each manuscript is reviewed by two independent experts in the relevant field.
Reviewers and authors remain anonymous throughout the process.
Reviewers evaluate submissions based on originality, relevance, clarity, and contribution to the field of personal development and education.
The Editorial Board makes the final decision to accept, request revisions, or reject a submission.

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of scholarly publishing and ensuring a fair, transparent, and rigorous review process.

2. Open Access Policy

The Personal Development International Conference Book of Abstracts is an open access publication.

All content is freely available without charge to users or institutions.
Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.
This is in accordance with the definition of open access as stated in the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI).

The journal strongly believes that free access to research fosters knowledge sharing, innovation, and collaboration at the global level.

3. Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement

The Personal Development International Conference Book of Abstracts adheres to the ethical guidelines set forth by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Duties of Authors

Submit only original works free of plagiarism.
Properly cite sources and acknowledge contributions.
Disclose any conflicts of interest.

Duties of Reviewers

Evaluate manuscripts fairly, objectively, and confidentially.
Avoid conflicts of interest with authors.
Report any suspected ethical issues to the Editorial Board.

Duties of Editors

Make decisions based solely on academic merit.
Ensure confidentiality and integrity of the review process.
Take appropriate action in cases of research or publication misconduct (plagiarism, falsification, redundant publication).

The journal will take corrective measures, including retraction of articles, in cases of proven misconduct.
