All submissions undergo double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers. Reviewers’ and authors’ identities are concealed to ensure objectivity. The Editorial Board makes the final decision on acceptance.

All submissions to the Personal Development International Conference Book of Abstracts undergo double-blind peer review to ensure academic quality and integrity.

2. Open Access Policy
The Personal Development International Conference Book of Abstracts is an open access publication.

All content is freely available without charge to users or institutions.

Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.

This is in accordance with the definition of open access as stated in the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI).
The journal strongly believes that free access to research fosters knowledge sharing, innovation, and collaboration at the global level.

Ensure confidentiality and integrity of the review process.

Take appropriate action in cases of research or publication misconduct (plagiarism, falsification, redundant publication).
The journal will take corrective measures, including retraction of articles, in cases of proven misconduct.
